Welcome to AmmoDrop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AmmoDrop.com (the "Site"), including purchasing ammunition and subscribing to our ammo delivery service. By using our Site, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Compliance
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
- You comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase and possession of ammunition.
- You are legally permitted to own and receive ammunition in your location.
AmmoDrop is not responsible for verifying individual laws; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance.
2. REGULATED STATES & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time, AmmoDrop does not ship to the following states due to their regulations:
- California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C.
Additionally, shipments are not available to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S Territories.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable laws regarding ammunition purchases and possession within their jurisdiction.
3. Ammo Subscription Service
AmmoDrop offers 5-month and 10-month subscription plans for automatic ammo deliveries.
Subscription Terms:
- Recurring Payments: By subscribing, you authorize AmmoDrop to charge the payment method on file for each scheduled delivery.
- Locked-In Pricing: Your subscription locks in current ammo pricing for the full term to protect against price fluctuations.
- Cancellation Policy: To prevent abuse of the subscriptions discounts, You may cancel anytime after the 2nd month has been billed.
- Delivery Schedule: AmmoDrop will ship your selected ammunition at regular intervals, as outlined in your subscription plan.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
- Delivery Requirements: Customers must provide a valid shipping address and ensure compliance with local laws regarding ammo storage and possession.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: AmmoDrop is not responible for lost or damaged packages, please contact UPS customer service for resolution.
5. Payment & Refunds
- Final Sales Policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. AmmoDrop does not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a return or replacement.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or restrictions on future purchases.
6. Ammunition Safety & Liability
- Customer Responsibility: You agree that you understand proper handling, storage, and use of ammunition.
- No Warranty on Performance: AmmoDrop does not guarantee specific performance results from ammunition sold. Please contact the specific manufacture for issues.
- Limitation of Liability: AmmoDrop is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of purchased ammunition.
7. Account Registration & Security
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- AmmoDrop reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Privacy Policy
